C. Tm value of one of my primers is 45.75, and another one is 63. The PCR product size is 282 and GC %age is 56. The PCR profile was needed to be modified in order to accommodate new primers. Only minor change the PCR amplification reaction is required.
Question#4
The appearance of the four types of samples generated in this experiment has mostly been dark. For instance, the Phase Contrast stage of the Untreated part was found to be of gray color with white, rounded-circles inside it. The cellular distribution has been uneven; in some places, cells were more visible than others.
