4. ‘Order’ means a request which the company receives from our customers. This request is processed and completed once the clients make the milestone for our services/products.
5. ‘Order Status’ is defined as the progress our professionals have made so far at a particular stage. We are responsible to keep our customers updated with the status of their order.
7. ‘Product’ is the final result of the order. We tend to complete every project under the decided deadlines and the final report is sent to the customer in the Order Completion format.
8. ‘Revision’ is a sole responsibility of the company to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with our services.
9. ‘Support Team’ consists of the persons who constantly get in touch with the customers to let them know the progress of their order and once the project completes, the support team provides the respective customer with the detailed order completion format.
10. ‘Quality Assurance Department’ plays its part to signify that every order is organized and well structure before the customers receive them. QAD also evaluates the projects and keeps the standard of the company services maintained.
11. ‘Emails System’ is the feature which ensures to keep a regular communication maintained with the customers till the completion of their order.

12. ‘Upfront Payment Process’ is the process in which the company bills the customer for their order. Once the amount is received, we immediately confirm the customers and then assign the project to the specific contractor to start working.
