Everyone dreams of having excellent butt which are
purposed to give us attractive look, keeping us energetic and active all the
day. Having butts like Katrina and Kareena are not so easy as you have to do a
lot of workout for this. Start with these five quick bodyweight butt exercises
to burn extra calories.
Initially you should come in to bridge position with
your back on your mat and feet hip-width apart, and consider to keep heels
close to the butt while the hips would rise to the skies.

Bridge Thrusts
At first you need to drive all the weight into the
heels, lower hips should be downward, giving you space to tap the booty on the
ground while you squeeze it during the hips are being backed up.

Single-Leg Bridge Thrusts
This is another fantastic exercise. From bride
position, consider lifting and extending the left leg in the air. This should
be done by keeping the thighs parallel. Keep on repeating the movements every
second minute. Here it is mandatory to lower the hips while driving the weight
onto your right heel.

Inner Thigh Burner
On third, comes the turn of inner thigh burner.
Initially this would not be possible because inner thighs usually have more
than enough fats. Take inspiration from those lovely girls of bollywood and
Hollywood who always have well toned bodies, regardless of which age group they
belong to. Now coming to the point, keep the left leg up in the skies while
raising the hips as high as possible. Hold on this position for some time. Meanwhile
slowly and steadily, lift the leg up and then backward towards your midline.
Make sure that you are keeping the hips steady and stable during this practice.

March It Out
Consider marching it out. From the bridge position, it
is good to keeping the hips upward in the steady format. Consider raising the
left foot slightly off ground. Here you need to keep pause, followed by
lowering the foot back to its position. Alternative sides can also be tried, if
you do not feel comfortable in this practice.
5.
Heat Wave
From the bridge position, you need to swiveling hips
side-to-side while they squeeze each booty cheek. Then comes the turn of
finishing with simple stretch, and you can repeat the process whenever you have
time. Our high recommendation is that you do such exercises early in the
morning.
The reason for this is that when we wake up early, our
bodies need instant and proper energy so that we can deal with the whole day’s
work and challenges efficiently. The above exercises will give you chance to
get rid of extra body fats especially the ones which are present on the butt.
At the same time, these are purposed to keep you healthy, energetic, and
active, the whole day. We recommend teenagers to not try all of these exercises
since they are not going to be easy to do. But for adults and mature
individuals especially our young generation who need more and more energy,
these can keep their butts in perfect ton.
