Punishment Trends in Politics

Current trends in USA Politics in reference to Punishment:
The coincidences between the global fluctuations, the weaknesses inherited in United States of America are among those current trends which have increased the rate of terrorism. The current situation of terrorism has turned into a terrifying phenomenon for USA and Western countries during 21st century. Violence, terrorism and prison in the political system of in the USA have ebbed and flowed over the years (Aitken, 2012).
Impacts of current trends on USA Criminal Justice System:
United States of America, intentionally or non-intentionally is playing its part to protect the economic, social and political powers. Its purpose is to make these fields free of terrorism and its fears. Globalization including Westernizations, secularizations, democratization, consumerism and the growing capital markets represent the culture of a nation. The culture and traditions can be affected by uneven distributions of benefits and advantages, leading the people act more severely (Dietrich, 2010). The present situation in which international criminal justice system has become a serious issue at non-state level is totally a reaction of globalization and led USA government to punish the people.
Reasons for impacts of current trends on USA Criminal Justice System
USA, with more of its population being young rather than old, the kids are working with some segments of the government, and their elders to foster change. This has caused for bridging gaps between societal cleavages to spreading smiles, the USA youth are striving to promote selflessness over selfishness and humanism over consumerism. The creation of punishment trends effects growth, prosperity and security, and this is yet another reason of USA criminal justice system (Croxton, 2011). The USA Government has had always been serious in responding these situations anachronistically. There is a strong impact of global terrorism and threatening situations with effective and deliberately practical policies in the political system of the nation (Dietrich, 2010).

Introduction:
The theory of applied behavioral analysis for children with Adhd & Autism learning has influenced theoretical perspectives for children by placing emphasis on the child’s mental development, which is dependent on the applied behavioral context.

A health and safety policy shall be developed, implemented and maintained outlining how health and safety will be managed across the corporation in applied behavioral analysis for children with Adhd & Autism.

Responsibilities of management, stakeholders, and Joint Health and Safety Committees or Safety Representatives to meet the requirement and the Occupational Health and Safety Act shall be specified and assigned as maybe appropriate.

The Health and Safety Policy shall include the following,

·        How commitment will be demonstrated

A process shall be established, implemented and maintained to identify and access existing, new or proposed health and safety legislation applicable to the organization and to provide for access and distribution as may be determined.

Responsibilities of all levels of management, stakeholders, and committees or safety representatives to meet the requirement shall be specified and assigned as maybe appropriate.
1)          Specifications
·        A specific individual shall be assigned responsibility for identifying applicable acts, regulations, etc.
·        The procedure shall identify applicable,
·        Health and safety legislation
·        Environmental legislation
·        Building Codes
·        Records of this information shall be kept in a location accessible to all eployees.
·        These records shall be kept up-to-date. 
·        Procedures shall be put in place to track changes and key developments in legislation and other H&S requirements.
·        Information on legal, contractual and other H&S requirements shall be communicated to affected employees.
·        All affected employees shall receive training on legislation applicable to their jobs.
Recognizing and Managing Oersonal values and making Ethical Decisions:

An Internal Responsibility System shall be established, implemented and maintained as may be appropriate to the specific operational characteristics of the organization in compliance with applicable legislation.

Responsibilities of all levels of management, stakeholders, and committees or safety representatives to meet the requirement shall be specified and assigned as maybe appropriate.
1)          Specifications
The Internal Responsibility System shall make provisions for,
·        The establishment of a Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC),
·        Composition of the JHSC,
·        A process for the selection of members to the JHSC,
·        Training of JHSC members,
·        Terms of reference for the JHSC,
·        Certified members of the JHSC,
·        Training of the certified members,
·        Appointment of Co-chairs,
·        Scheduling of site inspections,
·        Establishing avenues of communication with senior management for receiving information, consultation on workplace testing, the presentation of recommendations to and the receiving of responses from senior management,
·        Posting minutes of meetings in a conspicuous place,
Evidence based Program:
The evidence base program consists of the following components:
Program name: Procedures for ensuring that stakeholder rights guaranteed by the Occupational Health and Safety Act shall be developed, implemented and maintained. 
Program goal: Goals of all levels of management for ensuring stakeholders’ rights guaranteed by the Occupational Health and Safety Act are communicated and supported shall be specified and assigned as may be appropriate.
Program philosophy: Informing stakeholders of workplace hazards and the means to control the respective Adhd & Autism s to an acceptable level through scheduled and ad hoc H&S meetings with knowledgeable management representatives.
Program objectives: The stakeholder’s right to know shall make provisions for,
·        Involving stakeholders in the development and review of policies programs and procedures to manage Adhd & Autism s;
·        Consulting with stakeholders where on any changes that affect workplace health and safety;
·        Instruction on preventive measures for the protection of their health and safety.
·        Representation on health and safety measures;
·        Informing who is their employees H&S representatives and specified management H&S appointee
Data collection plan: The stakeholder’s right to participate in the development and application of the health and safety program shall make provisions for,
·        Establishing a Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act,
·        Ensuring that stakeholder members(s) of the JHSC are selected by the stakeholders,
·        Ensuring that management member(s) are assigned,
·        Ensuring that the JHSC establishes terms of reference for participation in the workplace health and safety program,

The health and safety roles, responsibilities and authorities shall make provision for the following,

A reporting chart shall be developed and kept up to date showing the reporting chain for all levels of the organization.

A process to identify, develop, distribute and communicate written health and safety programs, procedures, and practices shall make provisions for,
·        Identifying health and safety practices, procedures, and programs required as part of specific hazard Adhd & Autism  controls and regulatory requirements,
·        Selecting or developing written practices, programs, procedures and,
·        Communicating practices, programs, procedures and to affected stakeholders,
·        Implementing practices, programs, procedures,
·        Distributing written documents to appropriate personnel,
·        Training affected stakeholders
